The Collective Old Oak

Community living appears to be ‘big business’ these days and this impressive development at The Collective Old Oak (on the canal crossing) in Acton had many challenges.  With a very tight footprint, there were many logistical challenges on the project and Fannon were selected for their ‘can-do’ attitude.

Due to the close proximity to the canal, there was a huge emphasis on protecting the environment and waterways. Fannon was selected by Mace due to our approach on Protecting the surrounding area & always having a contingency plan in place.

The finish quality on this project has to be seen to be believed, that is why we used this project as a showcase for some of our clients.
