Greenwich Creekside Urban Regeneration
Greenwich Creekside is a major new residential development in South East London being undertaken by Essential Living. The total scheme comprises 249 new private rental apartments across two towers including a park, amenity and retails spaces.
This urban regeneration project brings life to a former industrial site situated between Deptford Creek and the Stirling prize-winning Laban Dance School, forming part of a new cultural quarter called Greenwich Creekside.
Greenwich Creekside is being built using an offsite modular method. It is one the first build to rent schemes being built this way and will also be one of the tallest modular buildings in the UK.
